Investigating - We have received intermittent reports of email delivery issues from a couple of practices who received eConsults via email. We're in contact with NHSmail who have acknowledged there is a wider email issue and we await further information.
If practices are concerned that they might not be receiving all their eConsults via email please contact the team either via live chat on the website or email practice.support@econsult.health. The team can help confirm numbers, switch delivery to Smart Inbox or support in turning your eConsults off for the short term.
