Issues with eConsult delivery into the clinical systems via MESH

Between 13:50 and 14:30 this afternoon there were errors with eConsults being delivered via MESH interoperability directly into SystmOne, Vision and EMIS. For practices that have MESH delivery enabled during this period all eConsults were sent to your nominated eConsult email address.

This issue is now fixed and apologies for any inconvenience caused. To upgrade your account and use the Smart Inbox or for any questions please get in touch with the team by emailing practice.support@econsult.health.
