We have been monitoring the fix that was implemented earlier and most practices have reported no further issues accessing the eConsult features.

Update

*Update*
We can confirm eConsult Lite and demand management are all now working.
We are still seeing issues with PCM, please use the Smart Inbox messaging feature instead for the time being.

All our senior engineers are continuing to work on the full fix and we will have an update as soon as possible.

Identified

We have identified the issue and put in a temporary fix this has meant that eConsult Lite, PCM and demand management are all now working.

All our senior engineers are continuing to work on the full fix and we will have an update as soon as possible.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue caused by a production release early this morning impacting customers and patients accessing eConsult.
This includes:
- eConsult Lite templates
- PCM
- Activation screens

We have all our senior engineers are all working on this and will have an update as soon as possible. In the meantime we have temporarily suspended the service.
