We have identified and resolved the issue affecting SMS delivery.
All systems are now operating normally and messages are being sent successfully. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure ongoing stability.

eConsult service update: Access issues

The issue affecting access to the eConsult Smart Inbox, eConsult Lite, and new patient submissions has now been identified and resolved.
Our engineering team implemented a fix, and services have been fully restored. We are continuing to actively monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability and performance.
