We can confirm that this has now been resolved and the platform has stabalised and the Smart Inbox is operating as expected now.

eConsult service update: SMS message failure

We have identified and resolved the issue affecting SMS delivery.
All systems are now operating normally and messages are being sent successfully. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure ongoing stability.
Please note that any SMS messages that previously failed will need to be retried to ensure successful delivery.

eConsult service update: Access issues

The issue affecting access to the eConsult Smart Inbox, eConsult Lite, and new patient submissions has now been identified and resolved.
Our engineering team implemented a fix, and services have been fully restored. We are continuing to actively monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability and performance.
